geo retain Gold Rating as part of the EcoVadis scheme

We are delighted to announce that for the second year running, we have received a Gold Rating as part of the EcoVadis scheme. The gold rating is the highest rating that an organisation is able to achieve.

Earlier in the year we submitted a large portfolio of evidence outlining the processes we have in place which ensure our supply chain is working to encourage sustainable, ethical, socially responsible and environmentally friendly practices.

The report highlighted 3 outstanding  areas where geo was in the top 10% of suppliers, these were:

  • top 7% of suppliers assessed by EcoVadis in all categories
  • top 5% of suppliers assessed by EcoVadis for Environmental Impact
  • top 7% of suppliers assessed by EcoVadis in the category for Labour Practices.
  • top 7% of suppliers assessed by EcoVadis for Ethics
