Our recruitment process
Once we’ve received your application, the hiring managers will have a read through what you’ve sent. If we think you’re suitable for the role we’ll get in touch and go through the next steps.
Your first interview will usually be an informal, relaxed session and will involve discussion around your CV and covering letter. At the second interview you will meet more members of the team who may ask technical questions or work on a coding exercise with you. You will have plenty of time to ask us questions and we’ll be happy to give you a tour of our lovely offices.
