Chris was appointed as geo’s CEO in April 2025. He brings 30+ years’ experience in rapid growth, innovative technology environments, realising value for employees, customers and shareholders, and is tasked with leading the deployment of geo’s SeeZero capability both in the UK and internationally

Patrick co-founded geo in 2006 and was CEO until 2020 when he became Executive Chairman. Active within industry groups, he is a director and formerly President of BEAMA, a member of the CBI Innovation Council and several industry management committees. Prior to geo, he was Managing Director at manufacturing companies Armstrong Fluid Systems and Rexam PLC

Simon co-founded geo with Patrick in 2006. He retired from geo in 2018 and now operates an international energy consultancy. Simon is a former Royal Navy Submarine Commander.

Paul joined geo in 2007 shortly after the company was formed. He is an experienced financial director having worked at board level in a variety of businesses across a number of sectors. His expertise includes M&A, financial risk management, financial reporting, business planning, compliance, legal and commercial work

Nick first invested in geo in 2008 and has participated in four subsequent funding rounds. Nick is the founder of Moonpig.com and was a Dragon on the BBC’s Dragons’ Den

Sharon joined the geo Board in April 2022. She is currently CEO of AgilityEco and was previously director of Data Communications Company (DCC) in addition to a number of senior roles at Centrica

Tony oined the geo Board in 2009. His most recent positions have been at The Crown Estate and The Green Deal Financing Company Limited. He is one of four founders of Climate Change Capital where he was Chairman of Advisory
