Romaine has over 20 years’ HR experience mostly from within the technology sector, companies ranging from small start-ups to global businesses. Joining geo in 2012 from Sanofi Genzyme where she was HR Site Lead, Romaine leads the HR team and is responsible for all aspects of people management.
